The National Alliance for Eating Disorders is seeking a Director of Development to lead their major gifts program and drive fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder and CEO, Board of Directors, and senior volunteers to implement strategies for cultivating and soliciting major donors. This individual will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the Development Coordinator and expanding the team as the organization continues to grow.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission of the National Alliance for Eating Disorders and at least seven years of fundraising experience. They should have a proven track record of securing six-seven figure gifts from high net-worth individuals and be familiar with major donor communities in Palm Beach, New York, California, or other wealth centers. Proficiency with CRMs, particularly Donor Perfect, is preferred.
