The Director of Development will oversee all fundraising activities to support our client's mission and strategic objectives, including securing annual operating support for various programs. This role involves managing and expanding the donor base through targeted programs such as annual fund, events, sponsorships, grants, and planned giving. Reporting to the CEO, the Director will design major gift-giving programs, cultivate relationships with donors, and provide updates to key stakeholders.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong development skills to lead our client's fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, event management, and collaboration with the CEO and Board on major gift strategies. The Director will work closely with the Executive Team and other departments to ensure cohesive external communications and provide support as needed.
