Our client is looking for a Director of Development to join their team, reporting to the Senior Vice President for Development. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of prospects and donors on the West Coast, focusing on securing six- and seven-figure gifts to support the organization's mission and goals. This role offers an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to make a difference by growing resources for a successful organization.In the upcoming year, our client aims to increase major and principal philanthropic giving from new individuals and foundations, as well as expand its annual giving program. The organization is investing in marketing communications strategies to better engage with prospects and donors. This remote position requires significant travel on the West Coast and involves close collaboration with the Programs, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure fundraising success.
