Our client is seeking a Director of Conflict Resolution Services and University Ombuds to lead the development of a new office and programs that promote community and inclusivity. Reporting directly to the President, the Director/Ombuds will operate independently and be part of the People, Culture, and Institutional Affairs unit. This position has emerged from internal dialogue focused on creating a healthy campus culture and climate.
