Description

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that are in line with market standards and the client's objectives. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will involve collaborating with leaders from various departments to ensure alignment. Key responsibilities include creating and communicating a comprehensive remuneration strategy, managing all aspects of compensation, evaluating and enhancing HR compensation policies, and benchmarking compensation against industry trends. The Director will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing salary administration databases, presenting on compensation matters, managing benefit programs, and ensuring 401k plan compliance.

Qualified candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR or compensation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to drive strategic compensation initiatives. Experience with incentive program design, salary adjustment analysis, and benefit program management is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in compensation, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts to decision makers.
