
The financial services firm is looking for a Head of Compensation to develop and implement compensation programs in line with market standards and company goals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role involves collaborating with leaders across departments and offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite in downtown Chicago. Responsibilities include crafting a comprehensive remuneration strategy, managing all aspects of compensation, evaluating and enhancing HR policies, benchmarking compensation against industry trends, analyzing salary administration databases, presenting on compensation matters, and managing benefit programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation management, incentive program design, salary adjustment analysis, and benefit program management. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate with leaders and analyze data effectively.
