The Director of the BSCLS program will have a dual role in teaching and administration, reporting to the Dean of the College in a clinical track appointment. This position is crucial in advancing the mission of our client by preparing students for practice in a diverse society. The selected candidate will be joining our client during a period of growth, with the CNHS expanding and adding a new Health Sciences Education and Research Center in 2025. The addition of the BSCLS program will help address the health needs of the region and serve medically underserved communities.As the Inaugural Director of the Clinical Laboratory Science program, the chosen candidate will have a unique leadership opportunity to shape strategy and provide critical input for diagnosis and treatment in underserved communities. This role is essential in positioning the College and University to meet the growing interdisciplinary needs of the region. The Director will play a key role in the growth and success of the health sciences programs at our client, contributing to the overall mission of the institution.
