The Director of Business is a key leadership role within our client, responsible for overseeing various business services such as finance, risk management, property management, cleaning, catering, and swim school operations. Reporting directly to the Principal and serving as a member of the Executive Team, this position also involves supporting the School Board and its sub-committees. The Director of Business will collaborate with the Principal on developing the school's Master Plan, work with the Executive Team on strategic and operational planning, and ensure the smooth functioning of financial administration while meeting all legal and statutory requirements.This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple business functions and work closely with the school's leadership team to achieve organizational goals. The Director of Business will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the school.
