The Chief Advancement Officer position at the United States Tennis Association Pacific Northwest (USTA PNW) is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing a multi-pronged development strategy to support the organization's philanthropic vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, marketing, and public relations, with experience in cultivating donors, securing sponsorships, and managing special events. This individual will oversee the fundraising and marketing departments, work closely with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, and collaborate with the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.
The CAO will serve as the principal fundraising officer of USTA PNW, overseeing the development and implementation of annual fundraising plans, cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors, and providing strategic direction for the organization's resource development efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse audiences, and a commitment to promoting the mission of USTA PNW to inspire healthier people and communities through tennis.
