The Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing AML policies to ensure compliance with regulations and manage financial crime risks. This includes coordinating with regulators and enhancing AML processes to protect the client. The role involves supervising interactions with the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, ensuring timely execution of obligations under the AML Act, and representing the client in correspondence and meetings.
The successful applicant will have experience in a bank or financial institution with regulatory oversight, knowledge of AML regulations and counter-terrorism financing, and familiarity with guidelines from regulatory bodies. They should have a higher education degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience in AML or security roles, and strong managerial skills.
