The Director of Adult Social Care for our client will play a key role in leading a large operational service focused on supporting vulnerable residents. The client's Best Lives strategy aims to empower residents to live independently and lead fulfilling lives through a strengths-based approach to care and support. The Director will work alongside two new Director roles to shape the leadership team in adult social care and health, with a focus on delivering resident-focused services that address future challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assessment, care planning, and delivery that is strengths-based and built upon collaboration between individuals with lived experience, carers, and professionals. The role requires a strategic and outcomes-focused approach to ensure the effective delivery of services that meet the needs of the community.
