Description

The Sales Director OEM opportunity is with a growing manufacturer and distributor of lighting, electronics, and control systems for transportation and mobility markets. Our client has experienced double-digit growth year over year and is seeking a Sales Director to drive sales and customer strategy, focusing on Ford and other OEMs. This fully remote role involves increasing market share, developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing the full customer lifecycle to achieve and exceed sales and gross margin targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of automotive sales experience, with a strong background in project and program management. Experience with electronics, lighting, and control systems is preferred but not required. The successful applicant will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and will be able to use data to make strategic decisions.
