
The Director will be responsible for overseeing a team of 60 full-time employees across three clinics, including LPNs, medical receptionists, and RNs. They will collaborate with various departments such as neurology, neurosurgery, and interventional pain management. The candidate should be familiar with Workday and Epic systems, as our client has a well-functioning Epic system supported by a great IT department and Epic trainers to work with doctors. The Director will not manage day-to-day clinic operations but must support high-volume clinics and ensure patient coordination in neurology.With support from executive leadership, the Director will establish a strategic plan aligned with the System plan to position the Institute as a regional leader in neurological clinical care, prevention, and neuroscience education. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the organizational and clinical program structure to build a fully integrated Brain and Spine Institute, providing high-quality, seamless, and coordinated care to the region. The Director will need to establish credibility, trust, and approachability to advance the delivery of efficient, high-quality neuroscience services and identify opportunities to grow services and improve referral patterns. Additionally, they will work on enhancing patient access, outcome measures, experience, physician and staff engagement, and quality of care benchmarks, while also recruiting and retaining highly qualified specialists to support patient care, research, and education.
