A Swiss financial institution with over 10 billion assets under management in real estate is seeking a Director of Institutional Clients to cover Swiss Institutional clients and raise assets for domestic real estate investment products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new relationships with Swiss institutional investors, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to the launch of new investment products related to real estate. They will also be responsible for building a market development plan, coordinating local marketing activities, and analyzing regulatory developments.
The successful applicant will have at least 8+ years of experience in sales and relationship management, with a track record of raising assets from Swiss institutional investors. They should have a strong network to local real estate investment decision makers and pension funds, as well as knowledge of investment strategies and products, particularly in real estate. Fluency in German and English is required, with French being an advantage.
