The Director of Gift Planning will work closely with the Senior Director of Gift Planning, Major Gift Officers, and key stakeholders to enhance our client's philanthropic efforts by fostering relationships and expanding the pipeline for planned and blended gifts. With a focus on asset-based giving and the growing importance of planned gifts for an aging population, the Director will oversee a portfolio of approximately 70 major planned gift prospects. This individual will collaborate with colleagues across the Office of Development to help donors envision larger, impactful gifts that support the organization's mission.The Director of Gift Planning will play a pivotal role in driving philanthropic success for our client by strategically engaging donors and cultivating relationships to secure planned and blended gifts. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with donors and colleagues to identify opportunities for impactful giving. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to steward and cultivate donors, as well as collaborating with the Senior Director of Gift Planning and Major Gift Officers to achieve fundraising goals.
