Opportunity Details
The Director of Retail for our client, a recognized international luxury cosmetics company, will report to the owners and be responsible for defining annual budgets for the B2C Retail channel, ensuring performance, coordinating the internal team, analyzing new growth opportunities, leading the process of identifying new locations for new centers, coordinating commercial policies and product positioning, managing the B2C Retail business, coordinating marketing activities, optimizing retail operations, and owning the P&L of the B2C Retail sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Director of Retail or similar in premium segment companies, preferably in cosmetics or health, be strategic and operationally skilled, able to work well in a team, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be analytical, adaptable, and able to make quick and effective decisions.
