The client is seeking two directors to join its board to oversee the delivery of Citizens Information Services in Galway, Mayo, and Roscommon. The directors will be responsible for providing information, advice, and advocacy services to the public regarding their civil and social rights, entitlements, and civic duties. Services are delivered through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, with support from the Citizens Information Phone Service at a national level.
Ideal candidates for the director positions will have previous board experience and a strong understanding of the importance of providing accurate and helpful information to the public. The client, established in 2018, is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others navigate their rights and responsibilities.
