The client, an internationally positioned, sustainably growing company in the upper middle class with headquarters in Ostwestfalen, is seeking a Director Finance (m/f/d) to lead and shape the organization. This role involves overseeing all financial processes from research and development to production and multi-level distribution. As the first commercial authority, the Director Finance will have significant freedom to shape strategies and act as a sparring partner for the management. With the support of a team of approximately twenty employees, the Director Finance will be responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of the company.
Key responsibilities of the role include managing all commercial matters and processes, credit and debit management, asset accounting, and balance sheet preparation.
