Description
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. They should possess strong analytical thinking, business development expertise, and leadership abilities, with a track record of driving growth and inspiring teams. Strategic thinking is a key requirement, as the candidate should be able to anticipate challenges and develop long-term plans. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, with a deep understanding of audit, tax, compliance, and financial analysis. A CPA or relevant advanced degree is preferred for this role.
