Description

The Director of Equal Opportunity and Access (OEOA) and Title IX Coordinator for the client serves as a senior administrative official responsible for overseeing programs, policies, and procedures to ensure equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, and equal access. This role involves supervising staff, overseeing investigations of alleged discrimination and harassment, advising on ADA accommodations, and developing and implementing training programs related to civil rights compliance. The Director also collaborates with Human Resources on affirmative action recruiting strategies, updates University ADA policies, and represents the President's positions on issues of discrimination, harassment, diversity, and inclusion to various constituents.

Required qualifications for this position include a Master's, Doctorate, or Juris Doctorate degree, experience interpreting and applying internal policies and state and federal nondiscrimination law, and knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting. Preferred qualifications include a Law Degree, experience leading an AA/EEO office, and familiarity with compliance related to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
