The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of M&A experience, including in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A, as well as extensive experience with healthcare services businesses. The Director will work closely with the founders, key business unit stakeholders, and the private equity sponsor to drive growth and success for the company.
