The Director, Total Rewards at our client is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to compensation, benefits, wellness, global mobility, and payroll. They oversee a team of 7 total rewards professionals and work closely with the HR team to align total rewards programs with the organization's culture and business objectives. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, the Director collaborates with various departments including Finance, Total Fund, Talent Acquisition, and the Compensation Working Group, which they lead.The Director plays a key role in driving desired behaviors and achieving business results through the design and administration of total rewards programs. They report to the Vice President of Human Resources and have both strategic and hands-on responsibilities in managing all aspects of compensation and benefits at our client. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in total rewards management, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support the organization's goals and objectives.
