The Director, Major Gifts will work closely with the Senior Executive Director to develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure significant philanthropic commitments for our client. This role involves managing relationships with major gift prospects, cultivating new donors, and collaborating with colleagues to maximize philanthropy within the portfolio. The Director will also be responsible for identifying new potential prospects and expanding our client's donor pipeline.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our client's efforts to support the fight against cancer in Canada by securing philanthropic commitments of over $500,000. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.
