The Director of Major Gifts will work closely with the President and CEO to develop and implement strategies for engaging donors and stewarding relationships in alignment with our client's priorities. They will lead a small team, collaborate with other departments, and represent the organization at various events. In addition, the Director will be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers, as well as overseeing donor recognition programs to maintain a sustainable donor pipeline and ensure the long-term success of the organization's programs.This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, and experience in fundraising and donor engagement. The Director will play a crucial role in driving our client's fundraising efforts and ensuring the continued success of its programs through effective donor engagement and stewardship.
