The Director of Public Policy, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development will report to the Head of Public Policy and play a key role in developing and implementing government and public affairs strategies for our client. This includes engaging with government officials, regulators, and industry associations to advocate for our client's objectives and secure revenue backlog. The Director will also focus on building partnerships with Canada's defence community, specifically with the Department of National Defence, NORAD, and NATO, to further our client's goals.In addition to relationship building and advocacy, the Director will be responsible for creating impactful presentations for internal and external audiences, effectively communicating our client's initiatives and value proposition. They will also be tasked with distilling complex technical information into understandable messages for various stakeholders, including governments and policymakers. Furthermore, the Director will conduct research and analysis on government policies, programs, legislation, and regulations to provide strategic guidance to senior management on their impact on our client.
