Our client is an independent watch brand known for the quality of its timepieces and unique design. They are seeking a General Manager to oversee the overall strategy and operations of the brand. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for business growth, conducting diagnostics on the brand's current situation, and collaborating with the executive team to define strategic action plans. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing sales, supply chain, and inventory, identifying growth opportunities, and validating budgets and investment plans.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a watch brand across various functions such as sales, production, finance, and HR. They should have a strong understanding of the watch industry and global distribution networks, as well as experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of accounting, marketing, communication, negotiation techniques, and legal aspects such as company law and labor law is required. Fluency in English is also a must.
