Our client, an international group in the construction materials sector, is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a team of around 100 employees in the After-Sales Service department. The main responsibilities include managing the team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellent customer experience, and supporting the ambitious growth plans of the group in the region. The ideal candidate should have a degree from a top business school, at least 15 years of professional experience in call center, customer service, or after-sales service management, and fluency in English is essential for this role. Frequent travel is expected due to the regional nature of the position.
