
Our client, a major player in distribution currently undergoing transformation, is seeking to recruit future leaders. The Director of E-commerce Controlling will be responsible for leading the E-commerce and Marketing Performance Managers to ensure commercial attractiveness of digital pathways and high economic performance. They will define action plans to improve performance and operational levers to reduce disparities between digital pathways within budget constraints. Additionally, they will oversee non-contributing sites and pathways to ensure short-term profitability and sustainable profitability, as well as support digital transformation, omnichannel strategies, and digitalization of all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as an E-commerce Controlling Manager with a strong interest in data. They should be able to set ambitious goals, embrace ongoing transformation, and demonstrate leadership and empathy.
