Key responsibilities include managing and organizing subsidiary operations, serving as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and local authorities, maintaining regular communication with the European headquarters, identifying new development opportunities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, recruiting and training staff, and preparing commercial and financial budgets. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in operations or general management in the transportation, shipping, or logistics industry, with a background in logistics, transportation, or business education. Previous experience in the DRC is a plus.
