This role will encompass financial, legal, human resources, and general services functions, acting as a Business Partner to assist the general management and other operational departments in strategic decision-making. The Director will also be responsible for managing financial relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, banks, and external experts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Director of Administration and Finance, preferably in a company under LBO, with a strong understanding of accounting and financial techniques.
