As the Director of Finance for the specialized medical solutions production site, you will be responsible for managing the finance team, overseeing financial activities, providing strategic financial advice to the leadership team, preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing investments and risks. You will lead the finance team with a focus on continuous improvement, financial optimization, collaboration, and accountability, leveraging your extensive experience in financial management within the pharmaceutical industry and project management in international organizations. Fluency in English is required for this role.
