
The Financial Director will work closely with the General Director and shareholders of the company to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the accuracy of all financial information for the client and its subsidiaries. In addition to financial functions, the Financial Director may also be responsible for legal, human resources, and general services, taking on a role similar to that of a Secretary General. Beyond traditional duties, the Financial Department will act as a Business Partner, assisting the general management and other operational departments of the client in decision-making processes, both strategic (financial planning, external growth operations, capital movements) and operational (accounting, management control, treasury).
The Financial Director will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and financial institutions. They will lead the financial team, ensuring the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to support the client's objectives. The Financial Director will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as monitoring and analyzing financial performance to provide recommendations for improvement. They will also be involved in risk management and compliance, ensuring that the client operates within legal and regulatory guidelines.
