
The client, a renowned international industrial group, is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee both operational and strategic HR missions. Responsibilities include implementing the Group's HR policy at the site, ensuring compliance with HR processes at all levels, supporting operational Directors and Managers with HR issues, managing relationships with social partners, overseeing disciplinary cases, and driving HR development through recruitment, training, and career management. The Director will also be responsible for reporting to the Group, participating in HR projects, and supervising a team of more than 10 HR professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or business administration, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. They should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a track record of successfully managing HR processes and projects. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable leading a large team of HR professionals.
