Our client, an internationally renowned industrial group located near Metz, in Moselle, near the German border, is seeking a Human Resources Director to implement the group's HR policies on site and foster a common corporate culture. The successful candidate will oversee HR processes at all levels, support operational Directors and Managers with HR issues, manage relationships with social partners, handle disciplinary cases, and drive HR development initiatives such as recruitment, training, and career management. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting to the group, participating in HR projects, and leading a team of more than 10 HR professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, with a strong mix of strategic and operational skills. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills for negotiating with social partners and communicating with an international group, as well as strong leadership qualities to rally teams around common goals.
