Our client, a leading industrial group, is seeking a Director of a 1,000-person production site to work closely with the Group's management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the factory, implementing progress plans on the ground with a focus on quality, optimization, and continuous improvement. You will ensure the achievement of set objectives and restore customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing a production site in the aerospace industry, possess strong project management skills, and be able to visualize future organizational structures.
The successful applicant for this Director of Production Site role must have a minimum of an Engineering degree or equivalent, be autonomous, rigorous, methodical, and proficient in project management. Immediate availability for a 6-month assignment and fluency in English are required.
