Our client, a leading group in the consumer goods sector, is seeking a Project Director for the construction of a new production site. Reporting directly to the client's Industrial Management and the site's General Manager, the Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project, including equipment and new construction, as well as the organizational aspects related to human resources and supply chain management. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial or Technical Management of a production site, with previous experience as a PMO in a greenfield project in industries such as agri-food, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics.
The ideal candidate for this role should have an Engineering degree or equivalent, possess strong project management skills, and be able to work autonomously and methodically. They should have a deep understanding of processes and be able to visualize future organizational structures. Immediate availability for this 12-month mission is required.
