Our client, a leading group in the high-tech sector, is seeking a General Manager for their IT subsidiary specializing in big data. In this role, you will be responsible for the subsidiary's P&L, developing and implementing advancement plans with a focus on quality, optimization, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software, particularly in big data, and possess strong project management skills, autonomy, and a methodical approach.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent, be able to understand processes and visualize future organizations, and be fluent in English. This is a 12-month mission requiring immediate availability. The role offers the opportunity to work on international projects, lead transformations, and operate with autonomy.
