Our client is a Saudi Arabian based, multibillion-dollar large-scale project delivering a diverse portfolio of brownfield, mixed-use master plans. The job involves working alongside a team of world-class development professionals to establish and refine product positioning for the master plan, develop architectural and design concepts, and execute best-in-class design strategies. The successful applicant should have 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, particularly in international mega projects, and a solid track record of driving development from feasibility studies through to delivery and operations of large-scale mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities include maintaining the project development schedule, liaising with internal and external construction teams, managing contractual relationships with consultancies and contractors, and ensuring the project vision is executed in the Detailed Design, Tender, and Construction phases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management, or related fields, and experience in managing third-party advisors and project management companies.
