
The Deputy Registrar will report to the Registrar and be a part of the Colleges Executive Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in advancing our client's regulatory mandate. Responsibilities include overseeing physician registration, licensure, supervision, and compliance, as well as leading physician assessment and quality assurance initiatives. The Deputy Registrar will also support Council and Committees in regulatory decision-making, governance processes, and interdepartmental collaboration, while representing the College in provincial and national forums.Additionally, the Deputy Registrar will act on behalf of the Registrar and CEO when required, support strategic planning, communications, organizational development, and public engagement, and develop effective relationships with key partners and collaborators. It is essential for the Deputy Registrar to effectively communicate the strategic direction of the organization to the CPSNB team and its partners, while bringing a deep commitment to our client's mandate to protect the public in all aspects of the role.
