The Deputy Principal, Head of Senior School will work closely with the Principal to ensure our client's vision and values are upheld within the Senior School. They will lead a team of staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative teaching practices, monitoring student progress, and fostering a strong sense of community within the Senior School.Additionally, the Deputy Principal, Head of Senior School will collaborate with parents, external stakeholders, and other school leaders to enhance the overall educational experience for students. They will also be tasked with managing the Senior School budget, overseeing staff professional development, and ensuring compliance with relevant educational regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, a passion for empowering young women, and a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in education.
