The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in pastoral care and senior management, with experience as a Head of Section, Boarding Houseparent, Assistant Head, or in a similar leadership role. Candidates with experience leading large academic departments and a strong focus on pastoral care will also be considered for the role.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral care and well-being of students, as well as providing leadership and support to staff members. They will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of implementing effective pastoral care programs and initiatives to support the overall well-being and development of students.
