The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic leadership, scholarly activity, and a commitment to growing academic and research programs within the department. The Chair will work closely with faculty, the university community, and teaching hospitals to advocate for high-quality academic and patient care programs, support faculty success, and foster community outreach in dental care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all aspects of department programs, including education, faculty recruitment, clinical practice development, and research initiatives.
