The Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences will report directly to the Provost and play a crucial role in advancing the mission of our client by preparing students for practice in a diverse and complex society. With nearly 9000 students, our client serves as a cultural and intellectual hub for a multilingual and multicultural community. The CNHS is experiencing growth, with plans to open a new Health Sciences Education and Research Center in Fall 2025 and launch two new programs in the Health Sciences department. These additions will help address the health needs of the region and serve medically underserved communities.The Dean of the CNHS will have the opportunity to lead an expanding interdisciplinary college and contribute to the strategic vision of our client. This role offers a unique leadership opportunity to shape the future of the College and the University as a whole.
