The successful candidate must have an earned doctorate in a discipline appropriate to the college, academic qualifications for appointment at the rank of professor, evidence of a student-centered approach to teaching and learning, leadership experience with faculty and staff, and experience managing financial and personnel resources. Additionally, the candidate should have experience collaborating with external stakeholders such as alumni, donors, industry, government, and community partners.
