The Dean will be responsible for supporting a diverse student body, expanding enrollment, providing resources for success, and fostering partnerships with school districts and educational entities. They will also collaborate with faculty and staff to innovate and diversify educational options to meet market needs and create pathways for students. The Dean will be expected to model excellent practices and implement strategies to support the almost 600 students in the School.The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications and desired experience to lead the School of Education. They will be responsible for stewarding the University's partnerships and synergies, as well as providing the necessary support for faculty, staff, and students to thrive. The Dean will play a key role in shaping the future of education by collaborating with stakeholders to innovate and diversify content delivery to meet the evolving needs of the market.
