The University of Redlands is seeking a Dean of the School of Education to lead the faculty and staff in advancing the core values of equity, social and educational justice, and community service. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can work collaboratively to continue the School's growth and success, especially following the recent Centennial celebration and increase in enrollment. Reporting to the Provost and sitting on the Presidents Cabinet, the Dean will play a key role in promoting educational access for all and driving systemic change within the School.
