Marymount University in Arlington, VA is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as the next Dean of the College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology (BILT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and strategic priorities for all aspects of the College, including curricular programming, scholarship and faculty development, policies and procedures, fundraising, and community engagement. Reporting to the Provost, the Dean will oversee a team of five leaders and manage an annual budget of approximately $8 million.
The College of BILT at our client houses the School of Business, the School of Technology and Innovation, and the School of Design and Art. The Dean will have the opportunity to steward and innovate the Colleges academic offerings, foster collaboration and action, and cultivate an interdisciplinary focus to enable learners to apply effective practices in business, technology, and creativity for a better global society. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and forward-looking leader with a terminal degree in one of the academic disciplines of the College and a record of achievement worthy of appointment as a full professor.
