The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) is seeking a Dean for the School of Podiatric Medicine. The Dean will work closely with our client's leadership team to advance the vision for excellence in teaching, research, and engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing academic affairs, inter-professional education, research, clinical programs, faculty recommendations, evaluations, and class schedule development. LECOM is the largest and one of the most affordable medical schools in the nation, training healthcare professionals through various schools and campuses. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in podiatric medicine with 7-10 years of experience in academic medicine. Experience in podiatric medical education, administration, business management, and fiscal supervision is required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and public relations skills are essential, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
