The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is seeking a Provost and Executive Vice President to oversee the academic operations of the university. Reporting directly to the President, the Provost will be responsible for various units within the Division of Academic Affairs, including academic colleges, the Graduate School, and Outreach and Community Engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, experience in academic administration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. Additionally, the Provost will play a key role in budget allocation and advancing UCAs academic mission and vision.
UCA, founded in 1907, has a high residential undergraduate population and offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs. The university recently completed a successful comprehensive campaign and is well-positioned for growth and success in higher education. The new Provost will join a leadership team dedicated to student success, research, and building a culture of diversity and inclusion.
