They are seeking a Human Resources leader to supervise the HR function, focusing on selection, training, and development. The successful candidate will advise and partner with the business in line with the HR strategy, influencing organizational and procedural decisions. Responsibilities also include improving the staff development plan, ensuring effective communication with other functions, and liaising with external HR partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in senior HR roles, and strong leadership and authority skills.
